Background:

Niphan is a Partner in the Corporate Tax Department. He has worked as a tax and transfer pricing expert at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal and Tax Consultant Ltd. (PwC) since 1998, and has extensive experience in advising a number of companies in various industries, e.g. automotive, food and beverage, telecommunication, consumer products, cement and construction materials, electrical appliances and housewares, textile and garment, semiconductor and electronic components, plastic and chemical, transportation and logistics industry.

He has assisted multinational companies in preparing transfer pricing documentation, advance pricing agreements (APA), and assisted companies in dealing with the Thai Revenue Department on investigation and general taxation cases.

He is also an Adjunct Professor at Chulalongkorn University.
