Background:

Wutinon is an Associate Partner in PwC Thailand. He has been working in the area of Thai and International Taxation for more than 20 years.

Wutinon has assisted various multinational companies in terms of M&A, tax structuring services, tax compliance, etc. in various sectors including oil and gas industry. His experience includes Tax due diligence, Carve-out projects, Business combination, Tax structuring, SPA advice, Tax dispute resolution, Tax provisioning and Tax compliance.

Apart from his experience in PwC, he also used to work as tax leader in a Thai listed company handling all tax matters for those companies. This gives him a perspective from the client’s side when guiding clients through the complex tax compliance and tax administration processes in Thailand.
