
As a closing chapter of the 3-part ROX series, the PwC Team held a webinar entitled "Leadership takes centre stage" on the 18th of March 2021. This webinar examines leadership experience as the core pulling factor of an organization and how it may enhance performance. This webinar was conducted in a talk show style with strict SOP compliance.
Our highly influential panelists each shared their experience and journey as a leader and more importantly their interpretation of leadership. Dato Chevy outlined how organizational management has changed, followed by Rafiza who provided an insight on how she navigates various businesses through economic recessions with strong support from her team. We also heard from Ramon about the connection between leadership and emotional collaboration. Last but not least, Soo Hoo shared his views on how his leadership has developed throughout his time with PwC.
