Pauline Ho

Pauline Ho is the PwC Asia Pacific Human Capital Leader.
Prior to this, she was PwC Malaysia’s Assurance Leader, the People Partner and Chief Strategic Operations Officer for PwC Malaysia.
Pauline has over 20 years of experience handling audit and advisory assignments in Malaysia and United Kingdom, and has managed a broad portfolio in various industries.
She is a strong advocate of mentoring and is often invited to share her career journey and experience in forums and in the media.
When she’s not at work, Pauline enjoys spending time with her triplets and supporting them at their triathlon meets. She also enjoys reading, travelling and baking in her free time and makes it a point to spend quarterly family holidays either on the beach or the slopes.
Pauline is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), the Malaysian Institute Of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), and a Fellow of CPA Australia. She is also a 30% Club (Malaysian Chapter) Steering Committee member.
