  • We successfully supported one of the largest petrol retailers in Mauritius at the Privy Council on the non-taxability of deposits on gas cylinders.

  • We have recently represented a major bank and defended its transfer pricing policy in respect of its overseas recharges, leading to a nil tax assessment.
  • We have supported a large telecommunication company on a differing interpretation on the application of solidarity levy. The Assessment Review Committee has ruled in favour of the company.
