Secretaries

We are hiring secretaries to assist with important administrative matters for the smooth functioning of our business units.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer/direct queries and organise client conferences/meetings, schedule couriers, plan and coordinate travels;

  • Produce reports by manipulating data and graphics;

  • Record billable time and reimbursable expenses; prepare invoices; track payments;

  • Maintain client details while keeping information confidential;

  • Produce high quality work which adheres to the relevant professional standards of the firm; and

  • Try out new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.

Requirements

  • At least three years’ of experience within a similar role;

  • High School Certificate; certification in secretarial courses will be an advantage; and

  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft office applications-Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Preferred skills

  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks

  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in different teams for varying periods;

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Attention to details; and

  • Explore opportunities to add value to job assignments;
