Answer/direct queries and organise client conferences/meetings, schedule couriers, plan and coordinate travels;
Produce reports by manipulating data and graphics;
Record billable time and reimbursable expenses; prepare invoices; track payments;
Maintain client details while keeping information confidential;
Produce high quality work which adheres to the relevant professional standards of the firm; and
Try out new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.
At least three years’ of experience within a similar role;
High School Certificate; certification in secretarial courses will be an advantage; and
Sound knowledge in Microsoft office applications-Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in different teams for varying periods;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Attention to details; and
