The Graduate Programme is a full-time position designed to provide you with a structured career path right from day one. 

Entry Requirements

We welcome applications from talented students who are ready to make an impact. To be eligible for our Graduate Recruitment Programme, you should meet the following criteria:

Education: Final-year students on track to achieve, or graduates who have obtained, a minimum of a 2:1 classification (CPA of 60% or above).
A-Level (HSC): Results must meet our minimum threshold requirement.

School Leavers

At PwC Mauritius, you don’t need a university degree to begin your journey with us. If you have recently completed your Higher School Certificate (HSC), we offer opportunities for you to start your career, gain valuable skills, and grow in a supportive and professional environment. 

We’re looking for motivated and curious individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and make a difference from day one. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, receive guidance from mentors, and get exposure to real projects that help you build confidence and capability.

Onboarding

Graduates

School Leavers

  • Meet fellow new joiners and get introduced to PwC’s culture, values, and ways of working. 
  • Take part in our induction and get familiar with your team, systems, and daily operations. 
  • Receive hands-on guidance from your team leader and team members to help you settle in.  

 

Year 1 – Laying the foundation

Graduates

  • Work on client assignments, applying theory to real-world challenges. 
  • Begin your professional qualification with structured support and study leave. 
  • Learn from feedback and coaching in a supportive environment.

School Leavers

  • Support your team on client and internal assignments while learning how PwC operates. 
  • Develop your organizational, communication, and technical skills through daily tasks. 
  • Begin working towards your professional qualification with the support of your coach. 
  • Learn through observation, feedback, and on-the-job training. 

Year 2 – Expanding your horizons

Gradutes

  • Take on more responsibility, coach new graduates and strengthen your leadership skills. 
  • Broaden your industry expertise and deepen client relationships. 
  • Develop your professional network within PwC Mauritius and across the PwC global community.

School Leavers

  • Take on additional responsibilities within your team and manage small tasks independently. 
  • Deepen your understanding of client work and strengthen your technical knowledge.

Year 3 and beyond – Leading and shaping your Career

  2. Online ability test – An assessment of numerical and verbal reasoning, done from home. 
  3. Interview – An interview with Human Capital and Line of Service managers.
