PwC Mauritius has reached a notable achievement by attaining certification as a Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Certified Training Partner. GRI stands as the most established and respected independent international organisation that guides businesses in responsibly reporting their impacts on environmental, economic, and social fronts. It establishes a universal framework for quantifying, tracking, and disclosing these impacts.
This newly acquired certification empowers PwC Mauritius to deliver training programmes that conform to global sustainability best practices, not only in Mauritius but also across other African nations. This partnership enhances our capability to support organisations in adopting comprehensive sustainability reporting practices, aligning with international standards.

Medha Budoo is a sustainability professional with a specialisation in sustainability reporting. She serves as a Manager in the Sustainability Services department at PwC Mauritius.
Medha acquired her initial certification to the GRI Standards 2016 and subsequently transitioned to the GRI Standards 2021, upon its introduction. She brings over a decade of experience in GRI Standards, sustainability disclosures and reporting practices.
Medha has sound knowledge of global sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, and their implementation in the corporate environment. Her professional experience includes conducting sustainability assessments for companies across diverse industry sectors and countries, with varying degrees of sustainability risk exposure.
