In pursuit of our purpose, ‘build trust in society and solve important problems’, PwC provides professional services in a wide variety of fields such as accounting, tax, consulting, deal advisory and legal services. Society suffers from a lack of trust and is faced with many challenges. Particularly in recent years, unpredictable events have occurred that go against all common sense. Unfortunately, such issues are expected to continue into the future.

Society must face the challenge of reinventing organisations and society required by climate change issues including global warming and advanced use of technology. On the other hand, transformation without trust could lead to unrest.

PwC strives to build trust and solve problems in order to create a better society. To this end, I am determined to create an organisation where a community of solvers with diverse backgrounds actively works together on various issues and contribute to society along with all of our stakeholders.
