ESG Learning Series - Net Zero & GHG Emissions

As governments and regulatory bodies increase their attempts to cut down global GHG emissions and commit to Net Zero, businesses must be prepared to understand the methods for measuring GHG emissions, the challenges faced when measuring GHG emissions and actions which could be taken to reduce their carbon emissions.

Fundamentals of Infrastructure Public Private Partnerships (PPPs)

Government of Vietnam has made improvements to the PPP legal framework to attract private sector resources for infrastructure development. A new PPP law has been issued but given early days, its implementation requires more clarity and capacity building initiatives for public and private sector stakeholders.
