Data privacy awareness training (focus on GDPR, PDPD)

Data privacy and data protection have become front-and-center issues around the world, as individuals demand more control of their personal information, and organisations face greater information security threats and risks. ESG Learning Series - Net Zero & GHG Emissions

As governments and regulatory bodies increase their attempts to cut down global GHG emissions and commit to Net Zero, businesses must be prepared to understand the methods for measuring GHG emissions, the challenges faced when measuring GHG emissions and actions which could be taken to reduce their carbon emissions.

 

Objectives

The course aims to:

  • Provide technical guidance on data collection methodologies and approaches to facilitate the disclosure of more robust and comparable/ standardized indicators (i.e. broadly in line with international best practices such as the GHG Protocol methodology)
  • Identify practical steps in measuring and managing GHG emissions (Scopes 1, 2 & 3)
