Parul Munshi is the Asia Pacific Workforce Leader and a Partner with PwC South East Asia Consulting. She is the global proposition leader for PwC's Sustainability-Workforce offerings and is a passionate advocate of purpose-led businesses. Parul has spent her career as a workforce strategy advisor partnering with clients across India and Southeast Asia on developing their future-of-work programmes, reskilling strategies, leadership development initiatives and operating model transformations.

Parul brings to bear this whole-systems perspective when she partners with organisations to enable their sustainability journeys. She has worked with financial services organisations on their net zero strategies, AI programmes for sustainability data, sustainable finance taxonomies and workforce levers for sustainability transformation.

Parul also leads PwC’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda in Southeast Asia and is a committed mentor to many consultants navigating the often complex and demanding world of management consulting.
