Invest in digital upskilling of our people

Future Skills

We launched Future Skills in 2019, to get our people future ready through an upskilling programme which combines digital skills and human skills. The Future Skills programme was launched in two phases with the first phase focusing on laying foundation for organisation-wide upskilling. We are currently in phase two.

We are working to embed the identified skills for all our people, to use technology in sustaining this change as a community (e.g. through digital labs and citizen-led innovation) and to apply these skills in day-to-day client engagements. The adoption and application of these new digital skills take place within a supportive ecosystem -  there is something for everyone regardless of their level of experience with technology.

In 2021, our Future Skills programme was recognised at the HR Excellence Awards 2020 for Excellence in Learning & Development  - Digital Upskilling programme.

“Gaining the knowledge to use the Alteryx and Power BI tool for our daily work. Usually, we only have Excel and Powerpoint to do manual data cleansing and creating tables and charts. With these tools, we are able to transform the data and present it in a much faster way, and accurate too!”
