Procedures for offer:
Offers in a sealed envelope, marked RB/BEACHWEAR/002 should be deposited in the tender box at PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd, PwC centre, Avenue de Telfair, Telfair, 80829, Moka, on or before 31 October 2025 at 4pm.
Offers should be accompanied with an office cheque representing 10% of the amount in favour of Beachwear International Ltd (Administrator Appointed). The cheque will be banked upon acceptance of the offer. The remaining balance of 90% shall be payable by an office cheque upon signature of a transfer deed.
The amount of 10% as deposit will be forfeited without being necessary to resort to any judicial or extrajudicial proceedings if the transaction is not completed within one month of acceptance of the offer. Submission of an offer shall not constitute a binding acceptance, nor shall any reason be provided for the rejection or non-consideration thereof. The 10% deposit will be refunded in case an offer is not retained.
