Solution
Created an integrated ecosystem to increase efficiency while remaining sustainable
- An intelligent process automation solution was devised, comprising of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for data extraction and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for automated data entry on the Client’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- This entailed extracting relevant information from stakeholders’ documents which was subsequently followed by a verification and exception escalation process to make sure that the extracted information is accurate and ultimately captured in the ERP system.

- Drive a paperless culture across the Group through digitised document interaction.
- Embed a remote working culture
- Increased efficiency of 60% driving a sustainable business. Cost savings could be reallocated to front office with greater focus on customer experience and retention.
