Our response to COVID-19

24 November 2021

Based on the Japanese government’s revision of its COVID-19 response policy, the PwC Japan Group* has also revised some of our COVID-19 response measures. While continuing to prioritise ensuring the safety of our clients and other stakeholders as well as preventing the spread of infection, we will also continue to fulfill our social responsibility by ensuring the safety of our people.

1) Working from home

  • In principle, we will continue to work from home, and when we need to go to the office, we will maintain social distancing and wear masks. Employees working at client offices will comply with the rules and regulations established by the client.

2) Business trips

  • When we go on business trips, we will pay careful attention to the state of infection at each destination and strictly adhere to any requests or guidelines issued by the relevant national and local governments.

3) Events

  • Although we will continue to make use of online events, when we do hold in-person events, we will strictly adhere to any requests or guidelines issued by the national or local government, maintain social distancing and wear masks.
