Ms. Kawasaki has over 15 years of experience and is a tax partner in the Financial Services and Corporate Tax Services Group. She provides Japanese tax advice dealing with corporate reorganizations and the structuring of cross-border transactions. She also provides corporate and consumption tax compliance services to many clients in Japan.
Ms. Kawasaki was seconded to PwC UK London office for a short-term in 2006. She is a licensed Japanese certified public accountant and a licensed Japanese certified public tax consultant.
