Yennie is an experienced Deals specialist with more than 20 years’ experience. She leads the Deals Strategy practice in PwC Malaysia and advises clients in market assessment, commercial due diligence, business plan and growth strategy development.

She has prior experience working in a regional investment management firm and was previously attached to the Corporate Finance and Valuations practice in PwC Malaysia for over 10 years.

Yennie has advised Japanese clients for the last 20 years, on numerous buy-side investment opportunities (Market research, Market entry strategy, Business Due Diligence, Valuations, Financial Modelling and Restructuring) in Asia. She has worked with Japanese trading houses and their investee companies, as well as Japanese multinationals to evaluate investment opportunities in the region.
