Profile
Mr. Kobayashi started his career in the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and later engaged in the audit of listed companies and consulting on public offering of unlisted companies. In 1994, he joined PwC Japan Tax and engaged in comprehensive tax consulting on inheritance and business succession of Japanese owned companies.

Assisted several clients in the industries of major restaurant chains, listed specialty stores, beverage manufacturers, and precision instruments manufacturers, and assisted with complex tax issues on M&A and inheritance and business succession.
