Motoyuki Hattori joined Aoyama Audit Corporation in 1988, where he was engaged in accounting audit services and IPO support. From 1999, Motoyuki was stationed overseas for a total of 12 years, and was in charge of services for Japanese companies in China (Beijing and Tianjin), Thailand and Singapore. He was widely involved in the advancement of many Japanese companies into China and other parts of Asia and the resolution of problems that occurred after the establishment of local offices. Motoyuki returned to Japan in October 2015 and has since been engaged in advisory services related to overseas business revitalisation for Japanese companies.
Since 2019, as Partner in charge of the infrastructure and urban development businesses division, Motoyuki has been involved in urban development services. He has served as leader of these services since July 2020.
