Kozo Kuromatsu specializes in tax law and has extensive experience in tax matters at all stages, including (i) providing transactional tax advice, (ii) assisting in prior consultation with tax authorities, (iii) providing legal tax advice to defend clients effectively during tax audits, and (iv) representing clients during tax disputes (administrative objection procedures and reconsideration procedures) and tax litigation at all court levels.
