Hidenori Shibata covers tax matters at all stages, including (i) providing transactional tax advice, (ii) assisting in prior consultation with tax authorities, (iii) providing legal tax advice to defend clients effectively during tax audits, and (iv) representing clients during tax disputes and tax litigation. He also has worked on various domestic and cross-border corporate matters, such as general corporate practice, analysis on regulations, group restructuring and M&A transaction.
