Asuka Tsukahara has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border M&A, litigations and international arbitrations, data privacy and legal affairs of China.
Prior to joining PwC Legal Japan, she worked as a lawyer handling international and domestic corporate matters and subsequently served as a judge in Japan.
