Most Inspiring Leader of the Year Award presented

Based on responses to PwC’s 13th Hungarian CEO Survey, the award was given to the Country Director of Continental Hungary
Based on the opinions of 297 Hungarian CEOs, PwC Hungary has awarded the Most Inspiring Leader of the Year Award. Established last year, the award recognises a Hungarian CEO who is seen as a role model by other top executives in Hungary. This time, the award was given to Róbert Keszte, Country Director of Continental Hungary, on 15 February at Millenáris during an event showcasing the results of PwC’s CEO Survey.
This is the thirteenth time that PwC Hungary has surveyed the opinions of Hungarian CEOs in personal interviews about the economic environment, their own business prospects, the difficulties and threats they are facing, and the strategic and organisational responses they propose.
In the survey, which was conducted between October and December 2023, CEOs were asked for the second time to say who they consider to be the most inspiring business leader in Hungary. Based on the responses of the 297 CEOs surveyed, Róbert Keszte, Country Director of Continental Hungary, has won the Most Inspiring Leader Award for 2023. By creating the award, PwC aims to promote leaders who not only deliver business results but also focus on building a model company culture, and who can serve as role models for their peers.
The award was handed over by Tamás Lőcsei, CEO of PwC Hungary, at the event presenting the results of this year's survey, in the company of last year's winner, Zoltán Gazsi.
