New HR Leader joins PwC Hungary

On 2 November 2021, Anikó Hinterstein will join PwC Hungary as new HR Leader.

Anikó has gained her professional experience at Magyar Telekom, where she has held various HR positions over the past 15 years. She has worked as a business partner, for almost a year as an employer branding consultant at Deutsche Telekom’s global HR organisation, and for the last four years as Head of Talent Management, Recruitment and Employer Branding at Telekom.

She holds a degree in mathematics and business administration, and is a certified expert in labour law. She believes that a happier work environment is key to long-term business success, innovation and trendsetting. She is taking on her new role with this mindset and intends to put her broad experience in different areas of HR and her strategic approach to good use at PwC Hungary.

Tímea Rákos, who has held the position of Head of HR for the past two years, will transition to a support role as a consultant in organisational development and L&D projects.
