Responsibilities

  • Photocopying, scanning, filing including retrieving files from cabinets
  • Data entry for online systems
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Drawing up bills
  • Work closely with professional staff and managing timelines.

Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous, organised and able to follow through and complete tasks on tight deadlines, including the flexibility to adjust and react to changing priorities.
