Management Consulting – Client Relationship Manager

As part of our client-focused, high-performing team, we are focused on identifying and facilitating client relationships with priority accounts. We leverage and further strengthen the PwC brand through:

  • Matching specific client needs to services provided by the Firm
  • Facilitating and contributing to proposal opportunities and client presentations
  • Developing and overseeing the use of best practice-based sales methodologies and tools.

The primary focus of the Client Relationship Manager is to develop long-term sustainable relationships with our Client’s Executive Committee. You will be expected to identify issues and priorities for the Client for which PwC solutions can be presented.

You will work with the Client and our internal cross line of service teams to:

  • Develop deep knowledge of the Client’s business and strategy
  • Connect PwC with the Client and to align our services to the needs of the Client
  • Develop knowledge of PwC’s capabilities across lines of service and coordinate client related activities within PwC
  • Develop a relationship of trust with the Client
  • Focus on regional relationships (ASEAN) with an eye towards global connectivity
  • Stay proactively connected with the Client’s Global Account team on a regular basis.

As a high performing Client Relationship Manager, you are likely to possess the following key attributes:

  • A recognized Degree in Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience in managing global accounts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Resourceful, possesses strong business acumen and results-oriented
  • Self-starters who are able to work in teams as well as independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • You should also be a strong project manager and good team player, and are highly adaptable to working independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-moving environment. In addition, you should demonstrate the ability to think strategically
  • Willingness to travel is essential.
