Disaster preparedness doesn't happen by chance; the term itself suggests careful planning as well as constant vigilance and alertness. How quickly and effectively an organisation responds to a disaster will determine its ability to survive in the longer term. This joint conference aims at disseminating best practices and sharing experiences on disaster preparedness and crisis management.
