Chin Chin Lim

Chin Chin is a Tax Partner with the Mergers and Acquisitions (“M&A”) Tax team and a core member of the PwC Deals team. Chin Chin has over 10 years of professional experience and also worked in PwC Indonesia for a year, establishing herself as the Indonesian tax expert in Singapore.

She has significant experience in businesses in South East Asia and Asia Pacific. Chin Chin has practice experience in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. She has worked extensively on tax due diligence, acquisition structuring and implementing corporate restructures, mergers and divestments in the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to PwC Singapore, she was previously the Tax and Treasury Manager with British American Tobacco Malaysia. Her work included cash flow and tax management of BAT’s Malaysian operations.

She specialises in local and international tax structuring and her clients include private equities, Singaporean and foreign multi-national companies. Chin Chin has led many deals and non-deals projects, which includes market entry into Indonesia for clients in various industries ranging from retail, manufacturing, real estate, the oil and gas industry.

Chin Chin graduated from Monash University with Bachelor of Business and Commerce. She is a member of CPA Australia.
