The client’s situation: Preparing for a divestment, the client sought transaction advisory services across a multi-entity portfolio. Despite detailed transactional sales data, the lack of stock keeping unit (SKU)-level gross margin transparency and decentralised reporting across subsidiaries created major obstacles.
