What to expect during the recruitment process
While our process may differ slightly depending on the role or team you’re applying to, it generally follows these key steps to ensure a consistent and supportive experience.
1. Apply online
Explore our internship and student opportunities to find one that best fits you. Before you apply, take a moment to reflect on why you’re interested in a particular role. Being able to express and articulate your motivation clearly will help you stand out when speaking with our friendly talent acquisition team.
2. Evaluation
Once you’ve submitted your application, you will be invited to complete an assessment. This may include an evaluation of your soft skills or more, to help us better understand your fit for the role.
You might also receive a call from our talent acquisition Team for a quick chat. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to ask any questions you might have about the role.
Depending on the role you've applied to, a follow-up discussion may be scheduled to explore your interests further.
