What to expect during the recruitment process
While our process may differ slightly depending on the role or team you’re applying to, it generally follows these key steps to ensure a consistent and supportive experience.
1. Apply online
Explore our programmes and career opportunities to find one that best fits you. Before you apply, take a moment to reflect on why you’re interested in a particular role. Being able to express and articulate your motivation clearly will help you stand out when speaking with our friendly talent acquisition team.
2. Evaluation
Once you’ve submitted your application, you may go through a few assessments tailored to the role you've applied for. These may include evaluations of your soft skills, technical knowledge, language proficiency and, in some cases, you may be asked to take part in a case study to help us better understand your fit for the role.
You might also receive a call from our talent acquisition team for a quick chat. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to ask any questions you might have.
3. Interview
If you’re shortlisted, the next step is an interview—your chance to show us what makes you stand out. Come prepared with a clear understanding of PwC, the role you’ve applied for and the unique strengths and skills you bring to the table.
In some cases, we may invite you for an additional interview to get to know you better and further explore your interests.
4. Outcome
Our talent acquisition team will be in touch with you regarding the outcome of your interview.
Please note that as part of our process, we’ll also conduct a quick check of your academic records and employment history (if applicable), so please ensure your application is complete and accurate.
