What to expect from the Insight Week
Designed to give school leavers and university students real insight into what we do; the programme gives school leavers and university students a glimpse into the world of work. Through a structured journey across our Lines of Service, you will explore different areas of the firm, experience our culture firsthand, connect with our people, and engage with our societal purpose initiatives-all while uncovering where your true interests and strengths lie.
Your journey at PwC
During each Insight Week, school leavers and university students participating will:
Spend one day in each of our Lines of Service;
Participate in one of our societal purpose projects;
Engage in an observational and immersive experience
This programme is unpaid and designed exclusively for learning and exposure.

When is it happening?
Insight Week at PwC Mauritius will happen four times a year, ensuring multiple opportunities for students to take part.
Two sessions will be dedicated to school leavers and two sessions will be designed specifically for university students.
