茂木 諭

Satoshi Mogi’s practice covers M&A and corporate law, corporate governance and compliance, group restructuring and joint venture structuring.  He has plenty of experience in both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.  He represents both Japanese and multinational companies as well as private equity funds in these transactions.  He is particularly experienced in the manufacturing, TMT and distribution industries.
