Yuta Kato

Yuta Kato advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including cross-border M&A and other domestic and international transactions. He previously practised at the Tokyo office of a French-based international law firm before joining PwC Legal Japan. He subsequently served as in-house counsel at a foreign financial institution and is currently with PwC Legal Japan.
