Scott Alper joined PwC Legal Japan in July 2025. Prior to joining PwC Legal Japan, he worked for the largest Japanese law firm in Japan, where he focused on international energy and natural-resources project investment, development, and financing, as well as sports-related matters, including gambling laws, and crypto-currency.
