베트남의 전자 근로계약에 관한 신규 제도는 시행령 337/2025/ND-CP호 및 관련 지침인 시행규칙 08/2026/TT-BNV호에 따라 구체화되고 있으며, 본 지침은 5월 초에 발표되었습니다.​

정부는 또한 5월 15일에 시행령 161/2026/ND-CP호를 발표하여, 2026년 7월 1일부터 발효되는 법정 기본급 인상을 도입하였습니다. ​​
