電子労働契約の枠組み及び法定保険料算定のための新たな上限給与額

ベトナムでは、今月初めに発表された政令第337/2025/ND-CP号およびその実施指針である通達第08/2026/TT-BNV号に基づき、電子労働契約に関する新たな枠組みが構築されつつあります。

また、政府は5月15日に政令第161/2026/ND-CP号を発布し、2026年7月1日から法定基本給の引き上げを導入しました。
