2026年1月に最低賃金引き上げ、電子労働契約を導入するための規則案

11月10日、政府は新しい最低賃金に関する政令第293/2025/ND-CP号を公布しました。これは2026年1月1日から施行されます。

また、電子労働契約および全国電子労働契約プラットフォームに関する政令案も公表されました。
