PwC Consulting LLC (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Chief Executive Officer: Masaki Yasui) announces the appointment of Mitsuru Toizaki (currently Deputy Chief Executive Officer, PwC Consulting LLC) as the new Chief Executive Officer, and Masaki Yasui as the new Chair. They will take on the roles on 1 July 2026.

Born on 23 August 1974. Comes from Saitama.
Joined SAP Japan Co., Ltd. in 1998. After working at several consulting firms, and then at PricewaterhouseCoopers PRTM Management Consultants Japan LLC (at the time), joined PwC Consulting LLC in 2016. Current position started in January 2026 and will take office as Chief Executive Officer in July 2026.
