PricewaterhouseCoopers Japan LLC (PwC Japan) has undertaken a comprehensive review of the report published today by the Third-Party Committee established by Nidec Corporation.
As stated in the report, we cooperated fully with the investigation and responded to all questions posed by the Committee.
While we cannot comment on individual audit engagements, we take this matter seriously and continue to further enhance and strengthen our audit quality.
