Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

PwC Consulting LLC has experiences/expertise which enable us to provide a neutral BPO advise as a third party. Especially, we have been providing services on feasibility analysis through due diligence, BPO implementation design support from a client-side, and study of productive/effective external outsoaring model. For this project, we have realized the implementation of the nation's first End to End BPO of new business area in a short period of time (13 months). In terms of quality, we have achieved SLA from the first month after the implementation and realized annual cost reduction of 20%.
