Peter spent two years on secondment to PwC Singapore (2013 – 2015) where he worked on a range of transactions across various South-East Asian markets. Apart from that the rest of Peter’s professional experience was based out of PwC UK in London prior to relocating to Japan in 2023.
Peter has worked on many transactions on both the buy-side and the sell-side across multiple sectors for both corporate and private equity investors as well as a number of complex global carve-outs. He has significant experience of working within the retail, consumer, manufacturing, healthcare, TMT (Technology, Media and Telecom) and leisure sectors. As well as working in the UK and Singapore prior to relocating to Japan he has also worked on a large number of overseas transactions involving various jurisdictions including US, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, Sweden, India, China, UAE, Nigeria, the Philippines and Brazil.
