Mr. Wada joined PwC Tax Japan in 2005 and has over 10 years of corporation tax experience including secondment to PwC US Los Angeles office for 2.5 years until February 2014. He specializes in Japanese and international tax advice for including domestic and overseas corporate restructuring/M&A as well as anti-tax haven rules for multinational companies. His experiences extends to a wide range of industry.
He is a licensed Japanese certified public tax consultant and certified public accountant.
