Satoshi Takesada is engaged in advisory services for outbound investment in infrastructure. His expert sectors range from transportation including railways, roads, airports, and ports, to real estate and urban development, and power and energy. He provides strategic analysis on infrastructure export and investment, market research, feasibility studies, and financial advisory services for projects in these sectors. He also has extensive experience in advisory services for domestic PPP/PFI and privatization projects in Japan. In addition, he provides analysis of Land Value Capture associated with the development of railroad infrastructures.

He was seconded to PwC Singapore in 2015, and was involved in new entry strategies (including market research), feasibility studies, bidding support and M&A execution support for Japanese companies in ASEAN.

He was engaged in facility management at a railway company prior to joining PwC Advisory LLC.
