As an IFRS consultant in 2009, he advised on the IFRS implementation by a listed Japanese manufacturing company that intended to voluntary adopt IFRS. His technical competence comes with hands-on experience in applying Japanese Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (JGAAP), IFRS and J-SOX.

Ken is a certified public accountant in Japan and is a member of the tax committee of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industries of the Philippines.
