Naho Sakurai is a Partner who has been involved in a number of cross-border due diligence projects for both inbound and Japanese corporations, global private equity houses and trading houses. She also has six years of audit experience.
Naho was seconded to PwC US’s Philadelphia office from 2011 to 2013.In the US, she was involved in a number of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects for US clients and inbound M&A transactions for Japanese clients.
Her experience also includes deal structuring accounting advice, business plan development support, and introduction of management account reporting during the PMI phase, in addition to financial due diligence.
