Yasuhiko Numata joined a PwC member firm in 2014 after first gaining experience in IPO support at a securities company, and in M&A strategy support and financial advisory at a consulting firm. He also has experience in circular economy business development and the establishment of the Japan Partnership for Circular Economy (J4CE), a collaboration platform between private and public sectors, at the Japanese subsidiary of a French integrated environmental service company. His practice covers a wide range of areas from M&A strategy to execution to PMI. In recent years, he has experience handling many complex carve-outs and business divestitures, as well as product development for ESG due diligence.
