Takashi Nonaka is experienced in providing tax consulting and tax compliance services to both Japanese and foreign clients especially in the financial services industry as well as private equity practice. His expertise includes M&A deal structuring and tax due diligence, post-acquisition reorganization and integration, international tax structuring and planning, cross-border transactions from a Japanese tax perspective.
He was seconded to PwC US New York office from January 2015 through June 2017 as the Japan tax desk leader, where he belonged to the International Tax Services group and provided international tax advice to various U.S. multinational corporations for their investment in Japan, acquisition of Japanese companies, and cross-border transactions with Japan.
