Daisuke Nodera has more than 18 years of M&A advisory experience and has advised many Japanese clients in a broad range of industries. He worked for PwC Singapore’s corporate finance team from 2015 to 2018, where he mainly supported Japanese corporations for their investments in Southeast Asian markets.

Daisuke has provided a broad range of services, especially related to corporate M&A strategy planning. In addition, he has a wealth of experience with cross-border deals in the manufacturing industry. He has also provided a number of financial advisory services for private equity firms.

Prior to joining the firm, Daisuke was engaged in many consulting projects at a Big 4 consulting firm, where he worked in the corporate finance and strategy and system integration departments. He received a bachelor’s degree from Keio University’s Faculty of Business and Commerce (majoring in managemetrics and corporate appraisal).
