For more than 10 years, Yuki Morita has been involved in domestic and cross-border M&A deals for corporations and private equity funds. Yuki primarily works with clients in the chemical and manufacturing sectors, and provides a wide range of services from origination to execution. From 2019 to 2021, Yuki was seconded to PwC New Zealand's Auckland office.

Prior to joining PwC, Yuki worked at Aozora Bank (former Nippon Credit Bank), where he was engaged in leveraged buyouts and management buyouts for private equity funds in all industries.
